HACKING THE EXPLORER

Every part of the Aerocene Explorer kit is open source, so you can build it yourself, add to it, and make it your own. You are encouraged to hack and customise the Explorer to fit your Aerocene expeditions. Feel free to think of a new sculpture design, create a new sensor, or augment the Explorer's software with new capabilities. We invite you to consider the Aerocene Explorer from artistic, social, philosophical as well as technological perspectives. The Explorer is constantly being reimagined and shaped by people all over the world – and is waiting for your input!

Here are the guides for building the kit's basic components: the Aerocene Explorer sculpture and the sensing devices pack
